I have been trying to be live a healthier lifestyle. Really, I have. About all I can seem to be continuous in right now is getting exercise. Be it going for walks, working in the garden (or farm), or just lifting some weights for to tone my arms. That I can do. Eating healthy though? Not so much. But this, this I can definitely get used to doing:
Made with garden fresh ingredients to boot!
- Approximately 3 cups milk
- 4-6 medium sized strawberries
- 6-8 ripe black berries
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 fresh mint (spearmint) leaves
Combine in blender and liquefy until ingredients are nicely blended. Absolutely delicious.Tagged: black berry, fruit, milk, mint, shake, strawberry
