Shopping is so Frustrating!

Argh! What is it with stores not wanting to honor coupons anymore? It seems like the only place I can use coupons anymore is at Albertson’s and Wal-Mart, mostly Albertson’s though. And when it comes to grocery shopping I really don’t shop at Albertson’s unless there was some kind of awesome sale. They’re just so expensive compared to a lot of other stores. And yet, they seem to be the only grocery store that will always accept coupons. :wtf:

I got some online coupons for Hillshire Farm, Doritos, , a couple of cereals, and Nature’s Own that I wanted to use today when I went shopping at Lowe’s. Well guess what? They wouldn’t accept any of them. Some of these I signed up for directly from the company (Doritos and Hillshire Farm) and others came from coupon sites. These are all perfectly valid coupons and they refused them. But I go to Wal-Mart and they accepted them just fine and couldn’t figure out why Lowe’s wouldn’t take them. But you wanna know what really sucked? When I was at Lowe’s the woman in front of me had coupons for cigarettes and the cashier went and got her cigarettes and honored those coupons. What the hell?

I’m not likely to be shopping there again any time soon.

That’s weird that Lowe’s wouldn’t take the coupons. Most of the coupons I use come from a specific grocery store, but some are for the item itself and any store should be able to honor it. I guess not though. Interesting.

Oh I am sorry to hear that your coupon is not accepted. Do not worry. Maybe you can try on some other stores.
