Well, PC Fix is sadly a locally owned small business. So there’s not one where you live. However, I would seriously recommend speaking to some serious computer geeks (for lack of a better term) that you know. They’ll know for sure which small businesses are owned by folks who enjoy what they do and do it for a good price versus those looking to rip you off.

One thing is certain, I’m not likely to use franchised places anymore. You definitely pay for the name and not the service.
