MVL is the gang name for them, although, yeah, they are mostly punk kids. The Boo on top seems to be some sort of trademark. The group who tagged the houses left "boo" on them as well as a ghost caricature. As for the 13, eh, well I've always understood it to be associated with MS-13. Either way, whatever they're tagging means, it's still shitty that folks are trying to build new homes there and they are being vandalized and even, in one case, burned down. Karyn,
