Yea for Frame Shopping!

I’m supposed to go shopping for a new bed frame today. I had to put a little aside each month for it since I don’t really considerate a necessity. My current frame, despite being made for a twin sized bed, is really for a twin-wide. I had to keep boards on the bottom to keep the box spring and mattress on the bed since the frame was too wide for it. Needless to say, this is awkward as hell none the less because the box spring and mattress move around.
I was doing some looking around on the internet, trying to get a feel for what’s out there and what a reasonable price is, and then I saw the platform beds. I Want One.
Of course, considering how tall my bed is now, and the fact that Isis in her dotage hesitates to jump on my bed as it is (she has to sit down and calculate the how before the jump) I doubt it would be smart of me to get a platform bed.

Yea having the frame not fit the bed isn’t a good option. Hopefully you can get a new frame soon that fits. Or better yet, just buy a whole new bed that’s bigger. Mmmm.
