I can’t be sure, but it sounds like you stumbled across some dog nappers, unfortunately, there are people of the scum class that go around kidnapping peoples pets and sell them to medical, and cosmetic labs for animal testing. I’m glad you took the opportunity to be great for these two animals. I know they are much happier at home than
being slowly tortured and disposed of by some heartless lab.

Well that was very nice of you. I hardly ever get close enough to stray dogs to see their tags, because they are usually in our yard to eat my moms animals. :/ So we scare them away.

Its good that you have returned the two dogs to their owners , other wise they would have been killed or trapped by dog catchers and that would have been end of their freedom.

Awww Lady Joanana rescued two doggies from the evil hands of evil dogcatcher people. I’m glad you safely returned them to their owners.
