Oh yes, oh hell yes, I so have to buy tickets for this event. And frankly, I don’t care if no one wants to go with me. By golly, I’ll go by myself if need be because there is no way I am going to miss out on the chance to see some awesome American rock bands and J-rock bands on one stage. The Taste of Chaos tour will roll into El Paso, TX on the 6th of April at the El Paso County Coliseum.

These are the bands who will be on the tour:

2. Atreyu
3. Bullet for my Valentine
4. Bless the Fall
5. Idiot Pilot
6. MUCC
7. D’espairsRay
8. The Underneath

All of the aforementioned bands should be on everyone’s mp3 players I tell you! I am particularly hyped to see Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu, D’espairsRay, and The Underneath. I’ve heard some of MUCC and heard a lot of great things about them too, so I’m really hoping they live up to my expectations.

It’s rare that Japanese artists come to America on a tour, simply because the love of J-Rock and J-pop doesn’t seem to have spread here that much. Most noticeable for their tours are T.M. Revolution and L’Arc~en~Ciel, and as any fan can tell you, their stops in the U.S. are usually limited to one coast and just at a few choice locations. To have three J-Rock bands touring the entire country is a revolution I tell you. You do not want to miss this!

TokyoPop is also going to be at some of the locations on the tour! They’ll be giving away free manga and other neat swag. Unfortunately they won’t be in El Paso. Here are the stops they’ll be appearing at:
