The funny part - I got told TWICE by the same company I'm not fit for customer service positions which is exactly what I do for a living now. :up: And I know all about Convergys - their tests are designed to keep the greater majority of intelligent people out (there are a few there) and let the dumb ones who won't be able to tell what a crappy job they've got, in.
