She Was Bad and Is Very Worried

Yup, I’ve been bad. Very bad. I never got around to blogging, at all, yesterday. Considering the fact that I didn’t take the day of rest for the Blog365 challenge like others did, I consider myself still on track however. :) Truth be told, I just didn’t feel like blogging in the least. Right now my grandfather is at the hospital sorting out the surgery time and when he needs to arrive at the hospital on Friday. I’m going to be taking him up on Friday and bringing him home after he’s cleared from the hospital.

So as you can guess, I’m just not much in the mood for blogging or much else really right now. He has a hemorrhoid hernia they’re operating on and something looks suspect with his prostrate. That’s all of the details I’ve been able to get from him. I swear, the man is going into the hospital for surgery and he doesn’t want to tell us the details so as not to “worry” us. Frankly that makes me more worried.

I’ve been around on the net, not much else to do after all. Checked my email, saw the article about the dangers of Lasik surgery, snickered over the fact that people go into these things without finding out all that they can, and then my mind wandered. I’m just not in the mood to be blogging or doing much else right now. My mind and heart are elsewhere.

Know what you mean, my grandfather has been having problems with seizures for years, so he spends a lot of time in hospitals. Its rather offsetting every time it happens, it just throws you off.

It’s kinda cute when people try to spare us of worry and not give us the details about whats wrong with them. In reality though, like you said, it just causes more worry.
