A couple of friends and I are planning on going on a small road trip around mid-July. We were kind of wanting to travel for the Fourth of July weekend, but we figured everyone else would be doing that too, which would make it hectic as all get out.
The big question is, do we take one of our vehicles, probably T’s Ford Explorer since is has plenty of room, or do we go the route of car rental. There are some pretty decent rates going on all over the place, specifically Advantage has some great deals. In fact, they have a fifty percent (50%) discount on luxury and convertible car rentals, amongst other sweet deals. Our main concern though is that if we do get a rental, well to put it nicely, two people won’t be allowed to drive for fear they do something stupid (one is accident prone and another has very bad luck with rentals).

I had the same situation not too long ago. My parents came to visit me and we needed to rent a car, my car is too small for everyone.
So I had to do all the driving, because I was too paranoid that anyone else would drive like the devil and kill us all!
