Pyro Is All Mine!

As previously stated, I have fully paid off the lien on my car. Well yesterday I spent a good amount of time at the Department of Motor Vehicles and I just had to share with you the fruits of my labor:
Important parts have been blurred out, of course, but that my dear readers is Pyro’s title sitting on my laptop. Pyro is now legally all mine. He’s free and clear of any lien, and to top it all off, only my name is on the title. 
Initially, because I had hardly any credit, my mother had to cosign for me. So, when Franklin Capital Corporation sent me the title showing the lien had been paid off my mom’s name was also on the title. When I went to the DMV though I had her name removed so now it’s just me.
Damn but it feels good to say “that’s my car” and not have a little voice nagging in the back of my head with an annoying “but I’m still making payments on it…”.
