Overstock.com’s Game O Love

I love it whenever Overstock has their giveaways and contests, I’ve yet to win mind you, but considering the wide range of goodies they offer on their site at least I know I’ve always got a shot at winning something I really, really want.
In anticipation of the Hallmark Holiday, Overstock.com is holding their latest contest-slash-giveaway called Game O Love. This contest offers you the chance to win a gift for your loved one (or if you’re like me you could always enter for yourself…). Any item that is up on Overstock is up for grabs, and if you win, the item of your choice is yours for free. The perfect chance to get someone a gift they actually want!
Overstock.com’s Game O Love contest officially begins January 25th, 2007 and will run until February 11th – that’s 18 days to play and win. Right now there isn’t too much information up (obviously) since the contest hasn’t yet begun, but you can bet I’ll be back on the 25th to enter and win. I’m going for a black ipod, I figure hey, I love myself and I deserve a neato gift so why not enter?
I plugged in my email address and tomorrow I’m checking back to enter in full. I’ve been wanting an ipod, or any mp3 player really, for a while now but I’ve never gotten around to buying one. They’re so pricey! So I figure, why not enter and try my luck in winning one? Nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Will you be entering? Are you going to enter to win your loved one a gift or yourself? Come on, you can tell me.
What do you want to win?

Now that sounds like fun. I love giveaways, but really, who doesn’t?
Julie,
Indeed, who doesn’t love giveaways!
I knew you’d want in on this too when I saw it. Now tell me, will you be entering to win Steven something or something for yourself instead, maybe both?
Well first it depends on what I find on the site, right? hahahaha
Julie,
This is true. I was going to pick an anime boxset at first myself, alas, the only sets I saw that I really want are all so lowly priced I could buy them on my own. I’d rather win something I couldn’t have gotten myself. KWIM?
That looks like a fun contest to play; I don’t know if I’d participate though. However, if I did, I’d probably ask for a new laptop since I don’t exactly have a significant other to consider this year… Not that I would have celebrated the “holiday” anyway.
