I was sitting here checking my bank account statement online in an attempt to see what has and has not cleared yet. All in hopes that I can get certain bills paid on time. While checking to see if all of my money transfers (from PayPal to my account) had cleared I happened to switch to the tab that had my email account open. I was planning to check my bill statements (I went paperless a while ago) when I happened to spy a flashing ad in the navigation column of my email for online auto insurance quotes. Well that served as a reminder that I need to get that paid as well.

Before I could get too depressed about that though, I remembered something grand. I sent in my payoff payment for my car about a week ago. Yes, that’s right, Pyro is completely paid off! Supposedly they’re going to send out my car’s title to me 15 days after they cash my check, which I think is just fucked up, just hurry up and send it to me once the check cashes and clears!

Still though I can’t help but to be happy. I no longer have to worry about $200 dollars automatically going to my car every month. It’s done, finished, over with. Pyro is mine and I can finally drop the full coverage on the car’s insurance policy and just stick with liability. That will be such a relief and will save me so much money. I swear, I positively cringe every time I go to the insurance office to pay for my policy (every 6 months) and I have to cough up a couple hundred dollars. I never wanted to have to have full coverage, but when your car is on a lien you don’t really get a choice there.

My bank still hasn’t cleared the check though, so I wonder if they have it yet. They have to get it by the 19th of this month, otherwise the amount I paid will be off. Gah! I hate how slow the mail is.
