It’s Raining Which Means – Friday Night Flicks

Well, I’m about to retire for the evening. It’s raining like crazy outside, I’ve popped some popcorn, made a steaming cup of hot chocolate, and now I shall snuggle up under the covers and watch a movie or three. I’m not sure whether I want to watch them on my laptop in bed, or turn up the stereo full blast and watch them on my tv with surround sound.

On second thought, the big tv sounds more appealing.

As for what to watch, I’m thinking Underwold (it’s always raining in that movie, it’s raining here now), The Crow (more rain), and then rounding it off with Snakes on a Plane, just because Samuel L. Jackson rocks. Maybe I’ll even throw in Kill Bill too. Who knows!

On a slightly different topic, I requested the first season of Tru Calling from Swap A DVD today. It came up off my wishlist, and even though I had to purchase some credits since I didn’t have enough, it came out cheaper than if I had bought it off of Amazon.com, used, and from the cheapest seller. Now that was totally awesome. I can’t wait until it gets here and then I can drool over the hotness that is Eliza Dushku. :luv:

That’s awesome that you got it so much cheaper through the swap site than if you had purchased it. That means those sites really work.

I absolutely love the sound of the rain on the roof, and spending a whole evening watching movies sounds like great fun. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Snakes on a Plane or Kill Bill…LOL. I always get things that I need to read or watch whenever I visit.
