Going Pink for October
N-I.net Network, Rants and Raves - - Posted on September, 30 at 2:20 pm
As you might have noticed, Nanashi-Inc has under gone a minor change in design. Many of you may even recognize this theme from October of last year. Yes, that’s right folks, it’s October which means two things. As you may (or may not) know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
This year I’m taking my support for breast cancer research a step further. Instead of just making my normal donation I am going to donate all of my blogad and textlink earnings to Komen as well. All monies earned from ads sold during the month of October will be donated to Komen. Help me raise the bar of the donation and get some traffic for your site as well by buying an ad. There are three options available for, you can purchase a slot in my Blog Ads unit (to your left), a text link spot on the right hand navigation here, or a textlink ad on the sidebar of my book blog.
And don’t forget to check out the Boobie-Thon either folks! Over the past few years, Boobie-Thon has raised over $40,000.00 for Breast Cancer research - quite an admirable feat! This year’s event will be running from October 1, 2008 until 11:59pm on October 7, 2008. You can help spread the word by blogging about it, donating, or even contributing your own photos.
Salutations and thank you for visiting! If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed or sign up to receive email notifications when new posts are added.
