Do I Really Want to Know?

There are times when I really wonder just what the hell goes on inside the heads of my little kitties. I mean, Shizuku (my dog) is very straightforward and easy to understand. Isis and Denali? Not so much. For example, Isis gets upset if she spends too much by herself and she doesn’t like being in an empty house for long periods of time, in fact, she’s known to go running through the house meowing at the top of her lungs when she thinks she’s been left alone. :up: But today, I’m here all day and what does Isis do? I’m here in the computer room and she’s in my bedroom buried under the blankets. :wtf:

As for Denali, well when I came out of the kitchen here’s what I saw sitting in my chair in front of the computer:

Do I really want to know what she’s thinking? Probably not. I suspect I’ll find out soon enough though. If that isn’t the face of a mischief-maker (which Denali is!) plotting her next move, I don’t know what is.

See that computer chair? *sniffs* The nice leather ones have been gone for only a few minutes (about 20 actually) and I already miss ‘em.

    I was delighted to see that someone else has a ‘computer kitty!’ Whenever I would get up from the computer, my cat Bear would steal my chair. So … I bought a second, cheaper desk chair and set it beside the first one, just for him. He would sit on it until I would leave … and then continued to steal my seat as soon I’d left the room. He knew which was the better chair!

    My cats are all loves, but sometimes I just can’t imagine what they’re thinking!

    One moment they’re nice and comfy on my lap…then out of no where they’ll jump up, dig in, and launch off my legs to go running and meowing to who knows where!

    Your Denali is so sweet! Of course my kitty also prefers the computer chair, if she can catch it free. If that seat is already taken, she’d jump on my back and kiss me until I get up :)
