Damn Blasted WordPress!

Argh! I tried to update the version of WordPress that I had running on The Symposium but it came out wonky. The .CSS for the admin side is off and I don’t know how to fix it. I’ve deleted the files and replaced them I don’t know how many times now. I’ve even downloaded the WP files multiple times now from the WP site, so it’s not that the download I had got messed up.

On top of that, my error log keeps showing me an error on the settings page. Something about a missing taxonomy class, function does not exist and all that shit. Since I didn’t do any fiddling with the database and just followed the instructions (wordpress is the one that “upgraded” my database) I don’t know what the hell is causing that error. :rawr:

I think I just might create a new DB and install everything from scratch. If the problem already exists in the database I have, then restoring it to the previous one and doing the install again isn’t going to do much good, is it?

I hate upgrading scripts. :grr:
