You can hunt through the yellow pages of your phone book for those experts that advertise “cheap black mold remediation” who aren’t actually all that cheap, or you could just call in man’s best friend.
What?
Yup, apparently specially trained dogs can search out and locate mold just as well as all of those pricey “experts” and for a quarter of the price too. I know my mother would love to have some of these guys come down to the office she works at. The building manager swears there is no mold what so ever, despite what the clients with allergies say. Imagine what would happen when one of these dogs stepped into the building! I imagine the poor doggy might start howling like crazy. 
But hey, maybe it would be what was needed to get that cheapskate to clean up and repair the building like it should be.

Or if you’re Mari, you can just see that your whole bathroom is infested with black mold. XD Mari’s bathroom is so craptastic.

It is amazing what they can train dogs to do. Truthfully I would be more impressed if they trained cats though.
My own cats do what they please, when they please. I’d love to see someone train them.
